About the Position

Mäksē Restaurant is seeking dedicated and experienced bartender/servers to join our team. This is a role for hardworking individuals who take pride in providing excellent service and being part of a team that serves high-quality food and beverages. With the holiday season approaching, we’re gearing up for private parties and special events in our downstairs Speakeasy Bar and are looking for top-notch staff to ensure our guests have an unforgettable experience. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

Earnings Potential

Bartender/servers at Mäksē earn an average of over $45 per hour, including a base rate of $16.90 per hour, credit card tips, and additional income from cash tips. At Mäksē, hard work is rewarded with competitive earnings and a supportive team environment.

Banquet/Catering Experience is a plus!

• Monday - Tuesday: Closed
• Wednesday - Thursday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Friday - Saturday: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Sunday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Training and Tip Share

All new bartenders go through a training period, typically lasting four days or longer depending on individual progress. During training, you’ll receive a portion of tips. Once you’re proficient with the food and drink menus, wine list, Toast POS, table service, and drink preparation without assistance, you’ll graduate to a full tip share. Mäksē pools tips to foster teamwork, ensuring all staff contribute to an outstanding guest experience.
