Dellshire Resort seeks a skilled Bartender for Blade & Barrel Restaurant & Bar to deliver elevated beverage service in a refined dining atmosphere.

You will craft cocktails, wine, and beers while engaging guests and ensuring a memorable dining experience on a fast-paced, guest-focused team.

Formación

• Previous bartending experience required.
• Knowledge of cocktails, wine, and beer offerings.
• Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Provide attentive, engaging, and personalized service to bar and dining guests.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and beer offerings; make recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the bar, equipment, and service areas.
• Verify guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with laws and company policies.
• Accurately process orders and payments using the POS system; collaborate with servers and kitchen team.
