Dellshire Resort is seeking a Bartender for The Thirsty Dragon in Dellshire. Deliver craft beverages and personalized service in a lively lobby bar, blending hospitality with guest interaction.

The role requires strong beverage knowledge, attention to detail, and a professional, guest-centric approach to create memorable moments in a dynamic, pre-opening environment.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required, hotel or upscale bar experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cocktail preparation and beverage presentation.
• Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service per state law.
• Responsible Beverage Service certification (or ability to obtain) within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and service standards.
• Provide engaging, attentive and personalized service to bar guests and lobby patrons.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and beer; provide recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the bar, glassware, and service areas.
• Verify guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with laws and company policies.
• Process guest payments accurately using the POS system.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and assist with bar setup and breakdown.
• Collaborate with servers and other team members to ensure seamless service flow.
• Open and close duties, including card handling and inventory counts.
• Always Uphold Dellshire Resort service standards and brand culture.
