BENCHMARK is seeking a Server for Dellshire Resort in Wisconsin to deliver high-quality, attentive dining in a pre-opening, world-class setting. You’ll greet guests, take orders, and ensure timely delivery while using in-depth menu knowledge to answer questions and mitigate allergens.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, accurate order entry, and adherence to service standards within a dynamic environment that rewards creativity and teamwork.

Competenze

• Previous serving experience preferred in upscale or high-volume settings.
• Must obtain and maintain Food Safety Certification within 30 days.
• Wisconsin Alcohol Beverage Certification required within 30 days of employment.

• Provide full-service dining including greeting, order taking, delivery, and check presentation.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menus, ingredients, and preparation methods.
