Pyramid Global Hospitality invites applications for a Bartender position at Dellshire Resort in Wisconsin Dells, a pre-opening, themed destination within our Pyramid portfolio. The Blade & Barrel bar offers elevated beverages in a refined, welcoming atmosphere, combining craft, hospitality, and storytelling.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, with passion for hospitality and knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer offerings; ability to make recommendations.
• Experience in bartending or beverage service preferred.
• Ability to provide attentive, personalized service to guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and guest preferences.
• Provide engaging, personalized service to bar and dining guests.
• Demonstrate knowledge of beverage offerings and respond to guest requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas.
• Verify guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Accurately process orders and payments using the POS system.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service flow.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies.
