Job summary

Food Fight Restaurant Group is seeking a Bartender at Craftsman Table and Tap in Middleton, WI. You will prepare drinks, assess guest needs, and make recommendations to enhance the bar experience.

The position supports flexible Full-Time/Part-Time shifts, with a focus on customer service and fast-paced hospitality. Training opportunities and growth within the group are offered.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of mixology, wines, liquor and cocktails.
• Ability to utilize restaurant POS software.
• Great attitude and positive outlook.
• Strong customer service.
• Ability to stand for a long time and move quickly.
• Excellent oral communication skills.
• Relevant training or certificate.
• High School diploma/GED.
• Bartending experience preferred but not required.

About Position

The Bartender position is responsible for preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for the bar and patrons. This position is expected to assess the bar customers' needs and preferences and making recommendations.
