Job summary

Food Fight Restaurant Group is hiring a bartender to craft alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair. You will assess guest needs, recommend cocktails, and ensure consistent service across shifts.

Applicants should have a solid knowledge of mixology, wines, and cocktail trends, plus experience using a restaurant POS system. High school diploma or GED required; bartending experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of mixology, wines, liquor and cocktails.
• Ability to utilize restaurant POS software.
• Excellent oral communication skills.
• Relevant training or certificate.
• Bartending experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for the bar and patrons.
• Assess the bar customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Maintain bar stock and cleanliness; ensure safety and compliance with standards.
