Job summary

Steenbock's on Orchard and Aldo's Cafe in Madison, WI is seeking a Bartender to prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for the bar and guests. You will assess guests' preferences and make recommendations to enhance their experience.

The role requires evening availability, at least 3 shifts per week, and the ability to stand for long periods. Previous bartending is preferred but not required; training and tips are provided.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of mixology, wines, liquor and cocktails is required.
• Ability to utilize restaurant POS software.
• Excellent customer service and a great attitude.
• Strong oral communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move quickly.
• Relevant training or certificate is preferred.
• High School diploma/GED is required.

About Position:

$12/hour - $13/hour + tips / tipout

minimum 3 shifts per week *

availability 3pm - 8:30pm M-F

The Bartender position is responsible for preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for the bar and patrons. This position is expected to assess the bar customers' needs and preferences and making recommendations.
