Job summary

Vail Resorts in the United States is hiring for a Winter Seasonal Bartender role. You’ll craft cocktails, serve wines and beers, and gain skills in a mountaintop guest-focused environment. The starting wage ranges from $16.00 to $16.06 per hour, with a guaranteed minimum of $20/hour for tipped positions.

Qualifications

• We will teach you all necessary skills to execute your job safely; no formal experience is required.
• Desire to learn and grow within a dynamic mountain resort environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform duties safely.

Responsibilities

• Make connections with guests and co-workers.

• Follow leadership guidelines outlined during daily pre-shift meetings.
• Create hot and cold beverages to specifications.
• Prepare bar for successful operation throughout the shift.

Job Specifications

The expected pay range is $16.00/hr - $16.06/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
