Vail Resorts in the United States is hiring for Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 bartenders. You’ll craft hot and cold beverages, connect with guests and teammates, and contribute to a welcoming mountain experience while representing our core values.

No formal experience is required; we will teach you the essentials. The starting wage ranges from $7.77 to $12.71 per hour, with a guaranteed minimum of $20 per hour in tipped positions. Full- and part-time shifts, plus benefits and training, are offered.

Job Specifications:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, to bend, lift and carry objects up to 40lbs

The expected pay range is$7.77/hr. - $12.71/hr.. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
