Note: Candidates must be available for shifts beginning at 3:00pm, Tuesday through Saturday.

Responsibilities

1. Welcome guests, assess beverage preferences, recommend drinks, and take orders.
2. Plan drink menus and inform guests about specials.
3. Mix ingredients, garnish, and serve beverages.
4. Create a positive atmosphere and build rapport with guests.
5. Check IDs to verify legal drinking age.

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of bartending experience in upscale or fine dining.
• Advanced knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and specialty beverages.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in liquor, wine, food service, or alcohol awareness programs.
• Completion of a reputable bartending course.
• Experience in crafting cocktails.

Compensation and Benefits

This is a tipped position. Pay includes the NYS minimum for tipped employees ($10.35/hr plus $5.15/hr tip credit when applicable) plus tips.

• Experience in restaurant or industry service.
