What You'll Do

As a Bartender, you will embody our Mission of Love by delivering excellent, responsible service in the PUB. Prepare, mix, and serve drinks accurately and professionally, building customer relationships through quality service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare drinks following standard recipes
• Serve residents and guests politely, focusing on an excellent dining experience
• Handle take-out orders for residents and staff
• Process transactions via POS system
• Balance cash registers at start and end of shifts
• Order and restock bar inventory
• Adhere to sanitation, safety, and hygiene standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum age of 18 years (PLCB regulation)
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of drink recipes and PLCB rules
• Responsible Alcohol Serving certification
• Previous bartending experience preferred
