Job Title: Bartender

Note: Candidates must be available for shifts beginning at 3:00pm, Tuesday through Saturday.

We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled bartenders to join our team and play a pivotal role in promoting and enhancing our menu and beverage offerings. Responsibilities:

1. Welcome guests, read and listen to their preferences, make recommendations, and take drink orders
2. Plan drink menus and inform guests about new beverages and specials
3. Select and mix ingredients, garnish glasses, and serve beverages to order
4. Build rapport with guests by creating a positive and energetic atmosphere
5. Check identification to ensure guests are of legal drinking age

Required Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of bartending experience in an upscale or fine dining establishment
• Advanced knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and related specialty beverages

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in liquor, wine, food service, or alcohol awareness programs
• Completion of a reputable bartending course
• Experience creating craft cocktails

Note: This is a tipped position. Pay includes the NYS minimum for tipped employees ($10.35/hr. plus $5.15/hr. tip credit when applicable) plus tips.
