BARTENDER mb r Seattle (Main Bar & Satellite Bar Positions)

Amber is a wood-fire restaurant and bar in Belltown with three distinct bar programs opening June 2026. We are hiring bartenders for our main bar (high-volume, full cocktail program) and two satellite bars (more intimate, independently operated).

THE ROLE

You execute our cocktail program, build regulars, and own your bar like a host. We have a full spirits program, a curated wine list, and NA cocktails worth ordering. Speed, knowledge, and warmth in equal measure.

YOU

• 2+ years bartending in a cocktail-forward or full-service setting
• Can speak to spirits (mezcal, amaro, gin, bourbon) without being prompted
• Fast enough for Friday night, precise enough that quality never drops
• Must be 21+

• Deep spirits knowledge – can speak to mezcal, bourbon, gin, amaro without prompting
• Speed without sloppiness: can run 4+ ticket cocktails without losing quality
• Basic wine vocabulary and pairing instinct
• 21+, valid MAST permit

Nice to Have

• Experience building seasonal cocktail menus
• Natural wine familiarity
• USBG membership or spirits certifications
