Job summary

Coma Coffee Roasters is seeking a skilled Bartender/Mixologist to lead our bar program, featuring our craft spirits in unique seasonal cocktails and providing an inviting guest experience.

You will develop seasonal menus, enforce safety and sanitation standards, manage inventory, and optimize costs while guiding the team in a fast-paced setting. This is a full-time role with tip eligibility and commission opportunities on off-premise sales.

The ideal candidate will feature our craft spirits in unique and delicious seasonal cocktails. Provide an inviting bar experience that engages and informs guests about our unique craft beverages. Develop specialty cocktails for seasonal specials, paring diners and unique events.
