Buck & Rider is seeking energetic bartenders to join our elite team at a seafood-centered restaurant known for its fun vibe and hospitality. You will craft cocktails, pour beer and wine, and deliver memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

No extensive bartending experience required; positive energy, willingness to learn, and teamwork are essential as we grow with brand standards and a strong culture of respect.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and hospitality skills.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Have a current Food Handlers/ServSafe card or ability to obtain.
• Cocktail and wine knowledge is a plus, and willingness to learn is valued.

Responsibilities

• Craft and serve cocktails, beer, and wine to brand standards.
• Provide the highest level of guest service with attention to detail.
• Learn and execute the cocktail program with precision and consistency.
• Ensure bar area is clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the shift.
• Accurately enter orders into Toast POS.
• Process all payments promptly and accurately.
• Demonstrate teamwork across service areas in a high-volume environment.
• Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.

Day In The Life
