Buck & Rider in Phoenix is seeking energetic bartenders to join our elite team and deliver memorable guest experiences by crafting cocktails, beer, and wine to brand standards in a high-energy setting.

We value hospitality mindset and willingness to learn over years of bartending. Cocktail and wine knowledge are a plus; paid training and opportunities for advancement are offered, with a strong team culture and flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and hospitality skills.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Have a current Food Handler’s/ServSafe card or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Craft and serve cocktails, beer, and wine to brand standards.
• Provide the highest level of guest service with attention to detail.
• Learn and execute our cocktail program with precision and consistency.
• Ensure bar area is clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the shift.
• Accurately enter orders into POS (Toast).
• Process all payments promptly and accurately.
• Demonstrate teamwork across service areas in a high-volume environment.
• Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
