Job summary

Staypineapple is seeking a bartender for part-time shifts to provide exceptional guest service at our upscale hotel bars. You will mix cocktails, serve drafts, and act as a friendly ambassador for the Staypineapple brand.

Requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent, prior bartending experience, and a Food Handler's Permit. Strong customer service, calmness under pressure, and teamwork are essential in our fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and promote a thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, menus and promotions.
• Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
• Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant and hotel Standard Operating Procedures.
• Serve snacks or food items to guests seated at the bar.
