Job summary

SSP America is seeking a bartender to engage with guests, craft hand-made beverages, and deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced setting. You will greet guests, follow recipes, input orders at the POS, and manage cash and vouchers for accurate guest checks.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of bartending experience required.
• Must have open work availability including weekends and holidays.
• Must adhere to State, Federal, and Corporate liquor regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a timely, courteous, and friendly manner.
• Use recipes and portion control to mix, garnish, and present drinks.
• Input orders into the register at the point of sale and create a check for each guest.
• Receive cash from guests, make change, verify charges, and ensure vouchers are properly executed.
• Maintain proper and adequate bar setup at all times.
• Adhere to liquor regulations regarding serving minors and intoxicated guests.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health standards.

Here are a few things you can expect if you join our team as a Bartender:

• Greet guests in a timely, courteous, and friendly manner
• Use recipes and practice portion control to mix, garnish, and present drinks
• Input orders into register at the point of sale and create a check for each guest
• Receive cash from guests, make any change needed, verify validity of charges, record charges, and ensure vouchers are properly executed
• Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar at all times
• Must adhere to all State, Federal, and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests at all times
• Perform general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by supervisor to adhere to health standards

1+ years of bartending experience required. Must have open work availability including on weekends and holidays.
