Bartender

Provides beverages for a full‑service bar and for Restaurant guests. Maintains proper pars (liquor and wine) and is able to produce beverages and serve in a quality‑focused environment. The job also requires food service responsibilities.

Essential Functions

• Knowledge of mixed drinks and wines
• Knowledge of imported and domestic beers
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Follows all Beverage Service and State Guidelines
• Other duties as assigned by Food and Beverage Manager

Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds.

Education, Experience, and Skills Preferred

• Experience in a full‑service, high‑volume bar
• Must be 21 years old and “tips” certified
• Enjoy working with the public
• Food Handler Permit
