Essential Functions

• Provide beverages for the full‑service bar and restaurant guests.
• Maintain proper inventory of liquor and wine and prepare beverages in a quality‑focused environment.
• Follow all Beverage Service and State Guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Food and Beverage Manager.

Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.

Education, Experience, and Skills
