Job summary

Paradies Lagardère is seeking hospitality-minded individuals to fill roles in our retail and dining environments at the airport. You will warmly greet guests, take drink and food orders, and provide menu information to enhance the guest experience.

Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wines, and food with a strong knowledge of offerings while ensuring a safe, welcoming environment. This role requires adherence to safety and service standards in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take drink and food orders; provide information about menu items and upsell when possible.
• Prepare and serve a wide variety of craft cocktails, beer and wines, and food; possess thorough knowledge of menu offerings.
• Check identification of guests to verify they are of legal drinking age.
• Accurately process transactions through the point-of-sale system; ensure cash, credit, and debit transactions are recorded correctly.
• Keep bar clean, sanitized, and well-stocked; stock and clean glassware and operate glass washer and sanitizer.
• Perform opening and closing side work as directed.

• Ensures a clean, sanitized, and well-stocked bar.
• Stocks and cleans glassware through the operation and maintenance of the glass washer and sanitizer.
• Performs opening and closing side work, as directed.
