Job summary

Last Chance Saloon at Al’s Oasis in Oacoma, SD is seeking friendly, dependable Bartenders to join our team. You’ll prepare and serve beverages, greet guests, handle payments, and help keep the bar running smoothly in a busy, welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates have bartending or customer service experience, knowledge of cocktails and beverages, and a commitment to responsible service and accuracy on payments. Flexible shifts may be available.

Job Type: Full-Time and/or Part-Time

Do you enjoy meeting new people, making great drinks, and creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere? Last Chance Saloon at Al’s Oasis is looking for friendly, dependable Bartenders to join our team. As a Bartender, you’ll prepare and serve beverages, take care of guests, handle payments, and help keep the bar running smoothly. We’re looking for someone who provides great service, stays organized during busy shifts, and helps make Last Chance Saloon a place guests enjoy visiting.

What You’ll Do

Guest Service & Bartending

• Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages accurately and consistently.
• Take orders, answer questions, and make beverage recommendations.
• Check identification and follow all applicable alcohol service requirements.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and practice responsible beverage service.
• Address guest requests and concerns professionally.

Bar Operations

• Process payments and handle cash accurately.
• Stock beer, liquor, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and other bar supplies.
• Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to management.
• Keep the bar, service areas, and equipment clean and organized.
• Complete opening, closing, and other assigned side work.

Teamwork & Safety

• Work with fellow team members to provide efficient service.
• Follow company policies and applicable alcohol service laws.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and team members.
• Assist with other duties as needed.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced bar environment.
