About Us

Oggie’s Sports Bar & Grille, located inside The Lodge at Deadwood, is a lively restaurant and bar known for great food, a fun sports atmosphere, and excellent guest service. We’re looking for friendly, energetic Bartenders to join our front-of-house team.

Position Summary

The Bartender is responsible for providing outstanding customer service by preparing and serving beverages, taking orders, delivering food, engaging with guests, and creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide a welcoming experience
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
• Maintain knowledge of drink recipes, specials, and menu offerings
• Check guest identification to ensure compliance with alcohol service lawsCheck in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any needs
• Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and service areas
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service

Qualifications

• Previous serving, bartending or customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and responsible alcohol service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
