Do you enjoy meeting new people, staying busy, and making sure guests have a great experience? Al’s Restaurant at Al’s Oasis is looking for friendly, dependable Waitstaff to join our team. As a member of our waitstaff, you’ll welcome guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and provide attentive service throughout their visit. If you’re outgoing, customer-focused, and enjoy working as part of a team, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do

Guest Service

• Greet guests and make them feel welcome.
• Provide friendly and attentive service throughout their dining experience.
• Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations.
• Respond to guest requests and concerns in a helpful and professional manner.

Table Service

• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly.
• Check in with guests throughout their meal.
• Present guest checks and process payments as needed.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables for incoming guests.

Restaurant Operations

• Complete side work, including restocking supplies and rolling silverware.
• Help keep the dining room clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Communicate with kitchen staff and other team members to keep service running smoothly.
• Assist with other restaurant duties as needed.
