Reports to: Restaurant General Manager

Bartenders create a fun and relaxing guest experience by preparing and serving alcoholic beverages while ensuring excellent service and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Smile and provide friendly, engaging guest service to create “Guests for Life.”
  • Verify identification and ensure all age requirements are met.
  • Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
  • Make recommendations based on guests’ tastes and preferences.
  • Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all guests and team members.
  • Work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • M ustbe at least 21 years old.
  • Knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and bar operations.
  • Familiarity with standard bar equipment (e.g., dishwasher, slicers, coolers, ice machine).
  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Must be able to speak and read English;additionallanguages a plus.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8–10 hours per shift).
  • Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25–30 lbs.
  • Ability to tolerate busy or noisy work environments.
  • Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of our guests.
