Camelback Resort in Pennsylvania is seeking a Barista to prepare high-quality specialty coffee beverages, serve food items, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced café environment.

You will greet guests, educate them on beverage options, operate POS systems, and maintain a clean workstation while following food safety and safety policies. This role offers opportunities for growth and seasonal perks in a resort setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee, espresso beverages, teas, and other café menu items.
• Prepare, package, and serve food orders according to food safety and quality standards.

• Operate the point-of-sale system and accurately process cash, credit card, and room charge transactions.

• Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Stay knowledgeable about seasonal beverages, promotions, and café offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee, espresso beverages, teas, and other café menu items.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be available for early morning shifts starting at 6:00 AM.
• Strong listening, problem‑solving, and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Must be able to speak and read English; additional languages are a plus.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude and strong guest service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and stooping.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to tolerate exposure to hot beverages, steam, cold storage areas, and busy or noisy work environments.
• Ability to work in a fun, fast‑paced environment.
