Job summary

Hunter Mountain is seeking a Bartender for the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 in Hunter, NY. You’ll craft cocktails, serve wines and beer, and help deliver an unforgettable guest experience in our mountain setting.

Starting wage ranges from $16.00 to $16.06 per hour, with tipped positions guaranteed to reach at least $20/hour. Housing is available, shifts can be part-time, and applicants must be 18+. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis through December.

Qualifications

• We will teach you all necessary skills to be able to execute your job safely, no formal experience is needed
• Desire to learn and grow
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, to bend, lift and carry objects up to 40lbs

Responsibilities

• Make connections with guests and co-workers
• Share our passion for the mountains during service
• Follow the leaderships guidelines as outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting
• Create hot and cold beverages to specifications
• Prepare bar for successful operation throughout the shift
• Maintain a clean and tidy workstation throughout and at the end of the workday
