Hiring Full-Time Bartender Positions

Job Details

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Welcoming members, understanding their beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders.
2. Planning drink menus and informing members about new beverages and specials.
3. Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages.
4. Checking IDs to ensure customers are of legal drinking age.
5. Adhering to food safety and quality regulations.
6. Maintaining cleanliness in work and dining areas.
7. Developing new cocktail recipes.
8. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
9. Maintaining a positive, engaging personality and professional appearance.
10. Exhibiting excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
11. Strong task and time management abilities.
12. Attention to detail and knowledge of drink mixing tools and techniques.
13. Ability to stand, walk, bend for extended periods, and lift up to 25 lbs.
14. Basset and Serve Safe Certification preferred.

Relevant experience is preferred but training will be provided. Extensive wine knowledge is a plus.

Compensation: $21-22/hr
