Led by the restaurant group that successfully restored the identity and operational excellence of the iconic Italian restaurant brands of Buca di Beppo and Bertucci's, the Bartender is responsible for the preparation and service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and menu items to guests, courteously and efficiently, in accordance with company standards. The role also involves assisting in the maintenance of the bar area equipment via opening and closing checklists. The bartender should embody a philosophy aligned with the Company culture, serving as a guide to all staff members.
