Vail Resorts is hiring Bartenders for Hunter Mountain for the 2026/27 winter season. You’ll craft drinks and serve guests while embracing the mountain lifestyle and hospitality values.
Starting wage is $16.00–$16.06 per hour, with tipped positions guaranteeing at least $20.00/hour including tips. Housing is available; no prior experience is required and training and development opportunities are provided.

The expected pay range is $16.00/hr – $16.06/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
