Job summary

The Mark Hotel in New York City is seeking an enthusiastic Bartender to deliver an exceptional guest drinking experience. You will prepare classic and innovative cocktails, interact with guests, take orders, and help plan the bar menu.

This full-time role offers a weekly pay range of $800–$1600 including tips, with opportunities to showcase mixology skills, work in a high-volume upscale setting, and contribute to outstanding service late nights and holidays.

Qualifications

• Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender.
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.
• Computer literacy.
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus.

$800 to $1600 per week including tips.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Good Bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes hourly rate and tips.

Requirements

• Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Computer literacy
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Relevant training certificate

Education and Experience

• High School diploma
• Two years prior front of the house experience in a high volume, upscale dining establishment.

Other:

• May be required to lift up to 30 lbs. occasionally. Available to work late nights, holidays and long days as necessary.
