Job summary

Friendwell Group in the United States is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our full-service hotel team. You will deliver exceptional beverage service, craft classic and signature cocktails, and support bar and restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong mixology skills and outstanding guest service, with an emphasis on consistency, knowledge of drink menus, and guest engagement. Evening shifts and a team-focused, professional attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bartending experience, preferably in a hotel, upscale bar or restaurant.
• Evening shifts – Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays 3:30 PM – 12 AM.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine and mixology techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to use MICROS.
• Must meet legal requirements for alcohol service (e.g., TIPS certification where applicable).

Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry,employees may be required to work varying schedules (including nights, holidays andweekends) to reflect the business needs of the hotel. In addition, attendanceat all scheduled training sessions and meetings is required.
