Job summary

Hilton Tempo Nashville is seeking a Bartender to craft cocktails and serve guests in a fast-paced, guest-focused bar environment. You will work under the Food & Beverage department in a hotel renowned for vibrant nightlife and hospitality.

The role requires 1 year of bartending or high-volume experience, knowledge of drink recipes and POS systems, plus excellent customer service and the ability to multitask.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages according to standard recipes.
• Greet and engage guests, take orders, and provide recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area, including counters, equipment, and glassware.
• Restock liquor, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and supplies throughout the shift.
• Process payments accurately using POS systems; handle cash and tabs responsibly.
• Verify guest identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance.
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and alcohol service policies and procedures.
• Assist with bar opening and closing duties.
• Report any equipment or maintenance needs promptly.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
