Job summary

Fairfield Inn & Suites is seeking a part-time Bartender to deliver friendly, attentive service and help create a welcoming guest experience at our hotel bar. You will manage a well-stocked setup, handle orders, and ensure accurate POS transactions while following standard recipes and delivering drinks with care.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the bar area, including property readiness and an organized, well-stocked setup
• Order and stock beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, and produce based on daily event needs
• Provide friendly, accurate point-of-sale service; receive payments, make change as needed, verify charges, and ensure vouchers are properly executed
• Promote and prepare drink selections, documenting orders for cocktails and other beverages while following standard ingredient recipes
• Present drinks with attention to detail and a consistent guest-first approach
