Job summary

Holiday Inn in Carmel, Indiana is seeking a bartender who delivers guest-focused service and creates a welcoming bar experience. You will manage bar setup, prepare drinks per standard recipes, and engage guests in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include stocking supplies, processing payments, and promoting beverage options, while upholding brand standards and maintaining a clean, safe bar area for guests and colleagues.

• Order and stock beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, and produce based on daily function projections
• Process guest payments accurately, make change as needed, verify charges, record transactions, and ensure vouchers are completed properly
• Recommend and promote drink options, document drink orders, prepare drinks using standard recipes for mixes, garnishes, and presentations
