Job summary

Fine Entertainment Management in Las Vegas is seeking a skilled bartender to craft and serve drinks while delivering engaging guest service. You will greet guests, mix cocktails to standard recipes, and keep the bar stocked and clean throughout the shift.

You will also assist in running food and supporting other team members as needed. A valid Alcohol Awareness Card, Health Card from the Southern Nevada Health District, and LVMPD Non-Gaming card are required; 21+ age, strong English

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Previous bartender or apprentice bartender experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with guests in English.
• Valid Alcohol Awareness Card (TAM, ACT, or equivalent).
• Valid Health Card issued by the Southern Nevada Health District.
• Valid Non-Gaming LVMPD card (Sheriff’s Card).
• Able to reach, stoop, bend, lift and stand during shift.

Job Summary: Responsible for making and serving food and beverages while providing friendly, engaging, and superior service to every guest. Keep the bar area cleaned and stocked at all times. Assist other team members with various duties as assignedEssential Job Functions:Greet all guests sincerely with a smile and eye contact, and provide superior guest service.Prepare and pour drinks accurately for guests and cocktail servers as needed.Efficiently serve food and beverage following the service sequence standards.Understands and demonstrates proper recipe adherence, as well as liquor, beer and wine service.Possess thorough knowledge of all menu items and ability to suggestively sell items to guests.Properly set up service station at start of shift, and break down station at end of shift.Clean bar and lounge area, including bar top, sinks, glassware, lounge tables, and all storage areas.Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of restaurant when necessary.Restock bar products, garnish trays, and ice bins as necessary throughout shift.Assist in the receipt, transport and storage of beverage products.Restock bar inventory as well as change beer kegs and soda BIBs.Cut fruit and garnishes to specifications for use in cocktails.Empty trash cans to maintain service and sanitation standards.Must pass a Pour Test.Process all transactions correctly and accurately, and present all guests with a receipt.Run food to tables throughout the restaurant announcing each item as delivered.Bus Tables as necessary throughout the restaurant.Perform assigned side work.Actively market FINE ENTERTAINMENT venues by collecting guest’s personal information for the marketing database.Must maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all guidelines established by the Southern Nevada Health District.Adhere to all Department and Company Policies and Procedures.Qualifications:Must be 21 years or older.Previous experience as a Bartender or Apprentice Bartender is preferred.Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills.Must be able to communicate with guests to meet their immediate needs.Previous money-handling and cash register experience is preferred.Must possess a valid Alcohol Awareness Card.
