Job summary

Fine Entertainment Management in Las Vegas is seeking a skilled bartender to craft and serve drinks while delivering engaging guest service. You will greet guests, mix cocktails to standard recipes, and keep the bar stocked and clean throughout the shift.

You will also assist in running food and supporting other team members as needed. A valid Alcohol Awareness Card, Health Card from the Southern Nevada Health District, and LVMPD Non-Gaming card are required; 21+ age, strong English

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Previous bartender or apprentice bartender experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with guests in English.
• Valid Alcohol Awareness Card (TAM, ACT, or equivalent).
• Valid Health Card issued by the Southern Nevada Health District.
• Valid Non-Gaming LVMPD card (Sheriff’s Card).
• Able to reach, stoop, bend, lift and stand during shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests sincerely and prepare/serve drinks to recipes.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and restock garnishes and supplies.
• Run drinks to tables and assist in serving meals when needed.
• Handle transactions accurately and present receipts.
• Assist in other dining room duties and keep station organized.
