Job summary

Serendipity Catering in Denver is hiring bartenders to support our outstanding growth and provide outstanding service at events, working with a friendly team to create memorable guest experiences.

This part-time role requires standing and walking for extended periods, anticipating guests' needs, and performing setup and breakdown of event stations, buffets, and placements, while adhering to health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or event service preferred.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide proactive service.
• Maintain a positive attitude and teamwork at fast-paced events.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to clients and guests at events; create memorable experiences.
• Set up and break down event stations, buffets, and table settings.
• Adhere to health and safety standards and carry out duties with a focus on guest satisfaction.

This role is focused on providing outstanding service to our clients and guests at events. Our best Bartenders are focused on creating an outstanding experience for each guest, anticipate the needs of our guests, and work well within a team.

This role requires:

Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time

Must be able to anticipate the needs of the guests and responding politely to their requests

Set up and break down for events (including putting out/removing tablecloths and place settings, arranging table placement, and putting up/breaking down a buffet)

Must be able to focus on the job while staying on their feet and moving about freely (including bending, climbing stairs, etc.)

Must be able to carry/lift 25-50 pounds with NO restrictions

Must adhere to health and safety standards at all times

Current TIPS Certification
