Job summary

Serendipity Catering, established in 2001, is seeking servers to support our growth and deliver outstanding service at events in the Denver area. You will help set up and break down event spaces, anticipate guest needs, and work with a collaborative team to ensure a memorable experience.

We offer a part-time role with a 401K retirement plan, and you can choose shifts that fit your schedule. Compensation is $19.29 per hour plus gratuities where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must anticipate guests' needs and respond politely to requests.
• Set up and break down for events (tables, linens, place settings, buffet).
• Must be able to stay on their feet and move about freely (bend, climb stairs).
• Must lift 25–50 pounds with no restrictions.
• Must adhere to health and safety standards.

This role is focused on providing outstanding service to our clients and guests at events. Our best Servers are focused on creating an outstanding experience for each guest, anticipate the needs of our guests, and work well within a team.

This role requires:

• Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
• Must be able to anticipate the needs of the guests and responding politely to their requests
• Set up and break down for events (including putting out/removing tablecloths and place settings, arranging table placement, and putting up/breaking down a buffet)
• Must be able to focus on the job while staying on their feet and moving about freely (including bending, climbing stairs, etc.)
• Must be able to carry/lift 25-50 pounds with NO restrictions
• Must adhere to health and safety standards at all times
