Job summary

SpringHill Suites Kennewick, proudly managed by Northwest x Southern Hospitality, is seeking a Part-Time Bartender to join our hospitality team. You will take and deliver orders, prepare and serve beverages, handle payments, and ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and a customer-first attitude. We offer flexible shifts up to 40 hours per week, a supportive work environment, and opportunities to grow within NSH

Summary:

This position is responsible for taking and delivering orders, preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, processing guest payments, and ensuring compliance with all food safety and alcohol service regulations. The ideal candidate will maintain a clean, organized work area, collaborate with hotel departments to support events and daily operations, and consistently deliver outstanding hospitality that exceeds guest expectations. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional customer service are essential.

Qualifications:

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with previous hotel, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are important, along with the ability to work well in a team environment. Ability to obtain any government-required or brand-required permits, licenses, or certificates. Up to 40 hours per week with varied and flexible shifts/days, likely to include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
