Job summary

Springhill Suites by Marriott, proudly managed by Northwest x Southern Hospitality, is hiring a Night Auditor. This role performs overnight front desk operations, balances daily transactions, prepares financial reports, and ensures accurate guest billing while assisting guests during check-in and check-out.

The position is scheduled for 30 hours per week (Friday–Sunday) with potential for growth within NSH properties and Marriott-affiliated brands.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous hotel/restaurant/hospitality experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are important.
  • Ability to obtain any government-required permits, licenses, or certificates.

Responsibilities

  • Overnight front desk operations.
  • Balance daily hotel transactions.
  • Prepare financial reports and ensure accurate guest billing.
  • Handle check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest assistance.
  • Complete end-of-day audit procedures and maintain hotel safety and service standards.

Summary: This position is responsible for performing overnight front desk operations, balancing daily hotel transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring accurate guest billing. The Night Auditor provides exceptional guest service through check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest assistance while completing end-of-day audit procedures and maintaining hotel standards for safety, accuracy, and service.

Qualifications:

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with previous hotel, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are important, along with the ability to work well in a team environment. Ability to obtain any government-required or brand-required permits, licenses, or certificates. This position will be 30 hours per week Friday-Sundays (Three- 10 hour shifts).
