Delaware North Sportservice is hiring part-time Bartenders to join our team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly while providing an excellent guest experience.

What will you do?
  • Receives drink orders from patrons or servers
  • Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, and adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures
  • Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for patrons following standard recipes and using company standardized proportions; serves wine and bottled beer or draws draught beer
  • Enters drink orders into point-of-sale system, collects payment from patrons for drinks served
  • Completes daily reporting accurately, depending on company and managerial standards
  • Maintains bar stock by ordering or requisitioning liquors, beverages, condiments, and supplies
  • Cleans and stores bar equipment and bar stock
  • Prepares and replenishes appetizers and garnishes as needed
  • Performs opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
  • Performs other duties as assigned
More about you
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • One to two years of previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume environment preferred
  • Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to the Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards
  • Ability to complete required pre-employment alcohol service training
  • Basic math skills, with the ability to accurately total guest checks and conduct inventory
  • Possess basic knowledge of standard drink recipes and alcohol brand names
  • Ability to multitask by meeting the needs of one’s customers while preparing drinks for guests seated in the dining area of the restaurant
  • Verbal communication skills; listening skills with the ability to take beverage orders and fill those orders correctly
Physical requirements
  • Ability to remain standing for the entire length of shift
  • Constant walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
  • Ability to lift stock to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Bar environment- noise level may be moderate to high during busy times
