Bartender, Lodge Kohler

Work Mode: Onsite

Location: Green Bay, WI

Opportunity

Join our top-rated food and beverage team at Lodge Kohler and transform your passion for great food into exceptional guest service—growing your skills in effective selling techniques, proper food and liquor handling methods, and restaurant operations.

As a bartender, you will be responsible for:

1. Greeting guests promptly and proactively with a warm welcome.
2. Creating a comfortable, relaxing, and fun atmosphere to encourage repeat business.
3. Maintaining positive guest relations and displaying "spotlight" behaviors.
4. Ensuring proper portioning and recipe use for drinks and mixes.
5. Keeping bar storage areas clean at all times and handling glasses properly.
6. Maintaining complete knowledge of and strictly abiding by state liquor regulations, especially those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons, and DWI.
7. Maintaining stock, supplies, and cleanliness of the bar and equipment, following proper rotating procedures.
8. Performing any other job-related duties as assigned by your supervisor.

This opportunity involves working weekdays and weekends.

Skills/Requirements

• Candidates must be 18 years old, possess a Bartending License, and have or be able to obtain a Safe Serve License.
• Prior bartending experience is required.
• The ability to stand/walk for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and consistently lift 15 lbs to move objects is required.
