Responsibilities
- Mix and serve drink orders, including local craft pints and signature cocktails.
- Verify age requirements and adhere to all alcohol service regulations.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on alcohol pairing and flavor profiles.
- Process payments accurately and maintain the cash register.
- Manage inventory, restock supplies, and keep the bar area clean and organized.
- Deliver high‑level customer service, maintaining composure and professionalism under pressure.
- Collaborate with team members and follow management instructions effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years bartending experience; TIPS certification preferred.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Strong communication skills and ability to learn quickly.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Allergy awareness training is helpful.
