A Testa Rossa bartender will be an expert at welcoming guests with warmth, enthusiasm, and grace in a fast‑paced, multi‑faceted neighborhood cafe. The ideal candidate is positive, responsible, hands‑on, and a team player with strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a friendly and composed manner.
