Job summary

Fearless Restaurant Group’s Tucker's Tavern in Beach Haven seeks an energetic Barback to stock stations, assist bartenders, and keep service fast and friendly. You’ll prep garnishes, maintain cleanliness, and help close the bar after busy hours.

This role offers full- or part-time hours with benefits, direct deposit, and health options. Must be reliable, able to lift 30 lbs, and work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous barback experience required.
• Knowledge of bar menu items helps service speed.
• Friendly attitude and good teamwork are essential.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs regularly.
• Stock bar with liquor, syrups, glassware and garnishes.
• Prepare garnishes and reset stations during shifts.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and assist bartenders as needed.

Responsibilities

• Stock bar station with liquor, garnishes, napkins, and supplies before service.
• During service, clear glasses, restock, and assist with closing tasks.
• Work as a team with service staff, management, and kitchen for smooth service.
• Handle spills, broken glass, and urgent situations promptly.

A Tuckers Tavern barback will help provide quick, efficient, and friendly service to customers. Before the bar opens, a barback stocks the bar station with liquor, straws, napkins, and garnishes to prepare for service. During service hours, they clean up the bar, remove glasses and bottles, change kegs, refill ice bins, and restock bar stations. After the bar closes, a Barback helps bartenders with closing the bar, cleaning, removing garbage, and restocking.
