Part-Time (Nights & Weekends Required)

We are seeking professional, high-energy bartenders to join our team at The Club at Renaissance. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to deliver both classic cocktails and creative new beverages to our members and their guests.

As a bartender, you will warmly welcome members, learn their preferences, answer questions, offer thoughtful recommendations, and prepare and serve beverages and food with consistency and professionalism. Success in this role requires efficiency, attention to detail, strong product knowledge, and a personable, service-driven approach.

Bartender Responsibilities
  • Greet members and guests, actively listen to preferences, make recommendations, and take accurate drink orders.
  • Create beverage menus, highlight new offerings, and promote featured specials.
  • Mix and serve cocktails with proper technique, including selecting ingredients and garnishing beverages.
  • Verify identification to ensure compliance with legal alcohol service requirements.
  • Maintain bar inventory and communicate supply needs to keep the bar fully stocked.
  • Uphold all food safety, alcohol service, and quality standards.
  • Process cash, credit, and member charges accurately, ensuring proper balancing of transactions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized bar and service area, including glassware, equipment, and surrounding spaces.
Bartender Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior bartending experience preferred.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must meet Florida’s legal age requirements for serving alcohol.
  • Professional appearance with a positive and engaging personality.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and guest-service skills.
  • Basic math and computer literacy.
  • Excellent time management, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of cocktail preparation, bar tools, and beverage techniques.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods.
  • TIPS Certification required (or ability to obtain upon hire).
