Job summary

The Club at 12 Oaks in Holly Springs is seeking a Part-Time Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate is energetic, professional, and service-focused, with knowledge of beverages and an upscale country club environment.

You will provide friendly service to members and guests, prepare a range of beverages, maintain a clean bar, handle transactions via the club’s POS, and support opening/closing duties. Friday-Sunday availability is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service.
• Take beverage orders and process transactions accurately through the club's POS system.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and other beverage offerings.
• Follow all club standards for responsible alcohol service.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning, stocking, and bar setup.
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance while representing The Club at 12 Oaks.
• Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, managers, and other Food & Beverage team members.
• Create a welcoming environment and consistently deliver exceptional member service.
• Assist with events and special functions as needed.
