Job summary

Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza in Delray Beach is seeking a personable bartender to greet guests at the bar, craft cocktails, and provide attentive hospitality in the dining room. You’ll suggest menu items, ensure responsible service, and help maintain a welcoming, energetic bar atmosphere.

You should have prior FOH experience, be of legal drinking age, and be comfortable working with a POS system. Training and growth opportunities are available, with part-time roles that can transition to full-time

Qualifications

• Previous bartender or FOH experience preferred.
• Knowledge of menu and ability to upsell.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of the ACFP menu to confidently answer questions and make suggestive sales.
• Create high-quality, craft cocktails with consistency and care.
• Maintain a full understanding of alcoholic beverage laws and ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Be of legal age to serve alcohol, per state guidelines.
• Build genuine connections with guests, creating memorable dining experiences.
• Operate a point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
• Stand for the duration of your shift and safely lift up to 30 pounds as needed.
• Keep a positive attitude and friendly demeanor throughout each shift.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, upholding food safety and quality standards.

Previous experience as a bartender, bar back, server, or in any other front‑of‑house (FOH) restaurant role is highly desirable.
